Located on the third floor of the New York State Capitol in Room 337, the Legislative Library serves the research and information needs of Senate and Assembly members and legislative staff. If you are not affiliated with the New York State Legislature, please contact a Public Access Law Library, the New York State Library, or your local public library for assistance.
The Legislative Library is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. On session days, the Library remains open until both houses have adjourned. For research assistance or any questions about the Library, please contact us in the following ways - we are here to help you!
